TOP, BSRS or assessment: which registration do you need?
People searching for “TESDA online registration” usually mean one of three different things. Make sure you are in the right place:
| If you want to… | You register in… | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Study a free online course now | TESDA Online Program (e-tesda.gov.ph) | Free self-paced courses with a Certificate of Completion |
| Apply for a TESDA scholarship or face-to-face training | BSRS (bsrs.tesda.gov.ph) | The Biometric-Enabled Scholarship Registration System: a TESDA profile with your documents and a live photo |
| Get a National Certificate (NC II, etc.) | An accredited assessment center | In-person competency assessment — see how it works |
They are separate systems, so having a TOP account does not register you for a scholarship, and vice versa.
Common problems and how to fix them
I did not receive the activation email
Wait a few minutes and check the Spam, Junk and Promotions folders. Make sure you typed your email correctly. If it still does not arrive, write to tesdaonlineprogram@tesda.gov.ph from the same email address.
I forgot my password or username
On the log-in page, use the “Forgotten your username or password?” link. A reset link is sent to the email you registered with.
The site is slow or will not load
The platform gets heavy traffic. Try again outside peak hours (late evening or early morning Philippine time), use another browser, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
I typed my name wrong
Open your profile after logging in and check whether you can edit it. If not, contact the TESDA Online Program before you finish a course, because your name appears on the certificate.
Can I register from outside the Philippines?
Yes. The sign-up form works from any country. Read our guide for Filipinos abroad.
Do I need to pay anything?
No. Registration and courses are free. Be careful with pages or social media posts that ask for money to “register” you.
